Changes in the management of the Droga Kolinska Group

At today's session, the Supervisory Board of Droga Kolinska d.d., Ljubljana appointed Mr Enzo Smrekar and Mr Branko Greganovič members of the Management Board. The new members of the Management Board, which now has four members, join existing Management Board member Ms Milena Štular and Management Board chairman Mr Slobodan Vučićević.

Enzo Smrekar was previously the general manager of the Spreads business programme within the Droga Kolinska Group. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Droga Kolinska Group he will take over the management of all the Group's business programmes and sales areas.

Milena Štular will take over the function of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Slobodan Vučićević will be the President of the Droga Kolinska Group.

Branko Greganovič remains an adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board of the Istrabenz Holding Company and on joining the Management Board of Droga Kolinska d.d., Ljubljana he formally takes over the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Group, a role he has been performing on an acting basis since April this year in accordance with the corresponding decision by the Supervisory Board.
